Phumeza Nkosi saves the day for Mi Way! Premium increase at my anniversary with the Company, called in to Cancel, she was amazing and built rapport with me and she did an amazing job of getting my premium reduced again. Thanks Push, you rock. This girl knows how to retain a customer!
