Great Service!!

On the 01 Febuary a truck crashed into our house damaging the furniture & electronic goods.<br> What a pleasure the claim process was - Monique Kritzinger was so professional, even though she took over from the person that lodged the claim. Emails, concerns & any queries were answered in a couple of hours & everything was explained properly. Well Done Miway!<br> Please can you send some of your service agents over to the absa call centre to explain to them how a insuarnce call centre should be run. (see my post on absa insurance)
