<p>I spoke to 3 agents today on 3 seperate calls, lastly I spoke to Umphile who I could clearly hear. The other 2 girls english was not always spoken clearly and spoke too fast. Except for that, I was very happy with the service and Umphile handled my query quick and efficiant. Thank You Umphile</p>
