Great service

<p>I had a leak in my bathroom which was bothering me for a while and decided to contact my insurance to see if they can help. i was connected to MiHelp and spoke to a very helpful consultant called Sesi. She dispatched a plumber to my house the very same day and she also kept checking if the plumber had arrived and if not she contact him and then come back to me with feedback. The plumber seemed to have resolved the problem however after he left the problem was worse, the following day i called MiHelp again and was put through to Sesi, she organised another plumber to come and finally sorted the issue. Again she kept on checking with me regarding progress and if all was sorted. It was a pleasure being assisted by this amazing,committed consultant and she deserves the compliment. Thank you Again Sesi, really appreciate your assistance</p>
