Great service

<p>I submitted an excess claim in Aug 2014 after a drunk driver bumped my car. Miway kept me in the loop while they tried to recoup the funds from the culprit. I had given up on getting a refund as 2 years had passed. However, i received a call from Miway about 3wks ago. A lady by the na me of Mookho who was very friendly and helpful in ensuring I received my refund when there was a slight delay in the processing of the pay out. I received my refund today. A big thank you to the Miway claims team for your presistence. Great customer service ! </p>
