<p>I had contact Miway with the intention of suspending my policy or ask for them to check if they can lower my premiums, I was referred to retentions which is were I spoke to a lady by the name of Christinah Kekana (Mafa) who was welcoming, listened attentively as to what I would like to do and for what. She explained to me in detail as to the consequences of different options that I had thus guiding me to make an informed decision. Throughout this whole conversation she was very friendly, I even forgot that I had called in to a company the way she made me feel at home and yet maintaining the professionalism in terms of information and compliance.
