<p>this morning i was not happy when i read an email coming from miway telling me that my premiums will be going up. I got on the phone to enquire about the increase and there came proffesional lady by the name of Gugu and she really went all out to help me and 50minutes into the converstion i got premium reduction :-) </p> <p>Thank you Miway </p>
