Great Service

<p>I received a call back from Buhle Nkuna after i had requested MiWay to call me back regarding my account review. I had received a review from MiWay that I was not happy with, my premium had gone up from what it initially was after the review. Buhle was really friendly, listened to what my problem was did really well to resolve my problem, she explained what caused the increase in my premiums and at the end of our conversation she had reduced my premiums to an even lower premium than it originally was before the review.</p> <p>I was really happy with the result and with Buhle's service.</p>
