<p>I want to commend Thato Ikaneng on the fantastic service I received from him reagrding my emergency plumbing crisis at home. He was so efficient in taking in all the information and providing me with immediate feedback in my situation. In situations like this where you know nothing about plumbing and very stressed out, its good to know that there someone on the other side that knows what action is needed to resolve. He kept updating me on the progress of the service provider and even called after the service provider left the property to enquire the outcome.
