Assist by Felicity to update address and policy, this lady was so patient and through out inquiring if I understand. Once I had told her I deactivated my tracker and asked for her opinion if it was the right move, instead of agreeing with what I said, Felicity took the time to ask relevant questions that assist me in making right decision for both me and my car :-).
