I was unhappy with the annual premium increase and left a message on the MIway website for someone to call me. Buhle tried calling me while I was busy and so couldnt answer. She left me an SMS to which I rep**** with an email to call me back. She called me back and with a really great attitude and efficiency confirmed all of my details before proceeding to address my issue. She then not only reduced my premium from the increase, but also reduced my premium to a better premium that I was paying previously. Definitely happy with the service received from MIWAY. I particularly like the fact that I can view and change my policy as I want online.
