I called the call centre to change my residential address to what I thought would be like for like only to be told my premiums will increase. I then got annoyed with this and asked if there is anything they can do to change this. I was passed to senior consultant Patricia Pukubye. She was very helpful and at the end was able to discount my premiums. For that I will be doing things MiWay...Great Service Keep it up
