Great service

I called miway insurance requesting proof of insurance for 1 of my vehicles which was needed by the finance company. I was very angry as to why they need it now after they received it almost 2 years ago when we bought the vehicle. Andrew was very understanding and managed to calm me down and told me that these things happen and he will send it to me. In a matter of minutes after hanging up the phone I was very impressed to receive the said document already because sometimes you'd call and request a certain thing from other people which they could just retrieve on the system and send but they will keep you hanging for over 24 hours if not more.<br> <br> Miway should be proud to have employees such as Andrew in their service and we sure could use a lot of Andrews out there.<br> <br> BIG UP TO YOU ANDREW KEKANA and thank you once more.....
