Great Service

I wanted a copy of my policy documents and when i called Miway Service Desk i was greeted by a very welcoming angelic voice, i could pick up from the phone that she was smiling. She even confirmed my name before i could introduce myself...lol. Anyhow, she sent me the documents through the Miway system and it took forever for me to receive them. When i phoned back, it was her again...(God is great), still smiling and this time she made sure that she doesn't hang-up till i received the documents.<br> <br> This is a perfect example of a Service Consultant, please keep on smiling and loving your job Busisiwe, it will pay-off with time.
