I called in to cancel my vehicle and house hold insurance policy with MiWay because of difficult financial constrains. I was assisted by a gentleman by the name of Nkosie Mthembu who was very helpful.By the end of the call my premium went down by almost 50% without changing my cover. Mr Mthembu went on and helped me understand the risks of being unsured. Great service all round and I'm happy
