I initially called in to cancel but with Refiloe’s expertise, he was able to retain me and offer me a bundled insurance for car and content cover that was way cheaper than my current premium for just the car. I really felt important as a Miway customer and it just reiterated the fact that they are always there to help me do insurance my way.
