Great & reassuring customer service

<p>I would like to commend Zandile Mfuphi from the Miway client service department for great customer service. I found her service quite exceptional in that she attended to my issue quite swiftly and most importantly kept me updated. I was having car battery problems and called the MiWay roadside assistance. She took my call and quickly captured my request while I was on the line and assured me that it will it sorted. Roadside assistance arrived within 15 minutes and I got assisted. A few minutes later, Zandile phoned to find out whether I had been assisted and showed genuine concern in ensuring that I was safe and on my way home... I was in distress and this kind of service just makes things better. Thank you MiWay and Zandile for this service... </p> <p> </p> <p>Happy customer - Sandile</p>
