GREAT/PROMPT AND HASSLE FREE SERVICE

In November I purchased a new car, got some new quotes for insurance. Miway came in under half of the nearest quote for fully comprehensive. I was naturally a little sceptical as I did not want any issues when I needed to claim. I went with Miway and from the outset was happy with the service and follow up I received from them. 3 months after I signed up (first time) with Miway I was rear ended and the damage was substantial (80K to replace the rear end on my Subaru) I tried to go through 3rd party, through the guy who hit me's insurance, but the claim was rejected a month later without giving me a reason. A month later I contacted Miway to inform them I will have to go through them now, no hassle, no million questions, friendly and helpful staff sorted everything out in two days - signed approved and ready to be sent for repairs. At the end of the day after only being with them for 3 months I was expecting a fight but totally the opposite - they did what they promised and they did it well. I wish and hope all insurance companies would be as efficient as Miway! I WOULD HAPPILY REFER ANYONE I KNOW, OR DON'T KNOW TO MIWAY!!! Thank you for the great service.
