<p>On purchasing a new car MiWay was unable to match the offer from a different vendor. Nomsa, the initial agent that handled the query, went beyond the call of duty in attempting to lower the quoted difference and provided timely and professional feedback. Unfortunately MiWay wass still unable to come close enough to other vendors offers and the decision to cancel all policies (household contents and portable) was taken in order to have all property insurances with a single vendor. Moloko, a senior agent, was incredibly helpful in assisting with cancellation of the vehicle insurance and retaining the other property insurances due to his professional and caring nature. Both of these staff are a boon to an industry that is often thought of as uncaring and selfish.</p>
