He treated me with great respect and thoroughly explained the benefits of remaining with Miway vs the competitor quote I had received. I appreciate him explaining how the other cover would leave me exposed to risk and then worked out a lower premium for me which matched the competitor quote. I felt valued as a client and was relieved to not have to go through the admin of moving to a new supplier.</p>
