Great on-boarding call

Had an excellent on-boarding experience from Lazarus in the MiWay inbound call center. Highly professional and very patient. It was clear that he wasn't just reading a script, but explaining the offering. Very impressed, I hope this continues if I have a claim (says the cynic in me).
