Great negotiating for a better premium from the supervisor

Thank you to Koketso Mashini for getting the ball rolling in negotiating a better premium for me. I unashamedly shopped around for a better quote as I think in todays economic structures you have to find the best financial option available. After expressing this when I called MiWay to cancel my policy as I had found a better option Koketso put me through to her supervisor Refilwe Monphshiwa who negotiated a far better premium with all the added extras I wanted. Through it all they were very friendly and kept calm even though I often became short off (due to work still having to go on as usual around me). So thank you both for your friendliness and outstanding service!
