Great MiWay service.

After waitng for three days for my mechanic to collect my stricken vehicle (not his fault) I decided on chance to see if my new insurance provider MiWay would be able to assist. The call was answered by the delightful and very helpful Nobantu Mpeta who sympathetc to my plight and although not strictly according to the polycy conditions organised a recovery crew to go to my home. Five minutes later they had arrived, ten minutes later were loaded and on the way to my mechanic. The same afternoon I was mobile again. I received an SMS saying that the vehicle had arived safely and then a follow up phone call to make sure all was well. In an age and society where bad service is expected this is a breath of fresh air. I can't praise them enough. Thank you Nobantu.
