Great MiWay customer service

I originally wasn't happy with my vehicle insurance premiums, I phoned MiWay to inform them that I'm not happy with my policy and that I would like to cancel my policy schedule. I was put through to a very helpful lady by the name of Ntokozo Ngcobo, she mentioned that they could try organise a premium price match. After been put on hold for a minute or so, she came back and informed me that they would be able to lower my premiums and excess to the desired amount(it was about R20 difference between what I received from MiWay and another quote I got from a competing insurance company). At this stage I was happy with the new policy schedule and proceeded to accept not cancelling my policy and carry on with MiWay. I am especially happy with Ntokozo Ngcobo, I received very good help from her
