Great Follow up Service from Call centre assistant

I would just like to submit my Compliment to Miway Insurance.<br> <br> I have been dealing with Thapelo Masinga and was liasing with him via email. He was on leave at the time I had sent through some requests via email. Today he called me back to follow up and make sure that I had been assisted and my request had been handled. <br> <br> I am very impressed with the follow up service I received from Thapelo. He really made me feel like an individual unlike most insurance companies that just treat you like a number.
