I just wanna send my gratitude to the great service recieved by the call centre consultant and the the way my request was handled. I requested for an insurance policy decrease and this was done in under 10 minutes.<br> <br> Ntokozo Mjokane assured me that this will be effective with my next billing. I waited for the debit order to go through to confirm and when it went through I was over the moon. I was contemplating on changing my insurance but after this I'm not even going to think of doing it.<br> <br> The efficiency was just great. Thank you so much for saving me over R150.00 on my insurance. <br>
