Great experience with on-line chat MiWay Agent

I got onto the MiWay website to get an email address to contact them regarding re-assessing the value of my motorbike, and saw the MiExpress self-service online section, and figured I would try there first. On going there, I saw an option to chat with an agent on-line. I tried it and was connected with an agent within minutes. They also kept me posted with my position in the que while I was waiting. The agent, Busi Gumede, was very helpful and quick to get me the info I was asking for, first time. On completing my query, Busi then took it further and offered to see if my premium could be lowered. I naturally accepted and within minutes my policy had been reviewed and my premium brought down by a very good amount. Busi Gumede did a great job and made my Monday a happier one, with excellent and competent servce.
