Great experience with claim/ roadside assistance with MiWay

My son and i were Monday 1 October 2018 on our way to Boksburg from Brits early in the morningheading into the peak traffic. Almost 2 robots away from the turn on the high-way by Olifantsfontein road my bakkie clutch broke. That was stress full not to bump into another vehicle but we manage to park the vehicle safe on the side of the road. I phoned Miway, to assist me with roadside assistance and to tow us to a garage to Edenvale/Fishershill. Mr. Pitso Mothamaha working for MiWay assist me through the whole process step by step. I must complement him . He really let me forget about the stress i had by telling me step by step every thing that is going on with my request and send sms `s all the time to keep me up to date what is happening with the tow in company vehicle that is on his way. He kept on sending messages till after my vehicle was safely dropped at the tunning center of my choice. MiWay and Mr. Pitso i just want to say thank you for the beyond great service i received on Monday. I will for sure tell all my friends of my experience and the good service i received from your company and friendly assistance of employees. Thank You
