Great Experience at MiWay
I had the most wonderful experience with Mpho Marutla the agent at MiWay!! He was extremely friendly, helpful, kind and entertaining with his hilarious laugh. One does not always experience such friendliness especially at a call centre. He was able to assist me with my query in a professional manner and even gave a suitable discount which i am extremely grateful for. What a well-spoken gentleman you are!
Bless your kind heart Mpho and I hope MiWay realises what a superstar they have :)
