Great Experience

Unfortunately I was involved in a Motor vehicle accident and upon calling the Miway client line which was answered quite promptly by an enthusiastic and endearing assistant. Thato, was extremely attentive and helpful throughout the process of getting my vehicle towed from the accident scene. Being a woman and being alone he took care to stay on the line with me till I had received the sufficient assistance from the service provider that he had dispatched. He was helpful with giving me in sight in to things i needed to take record of as it would form part of my insurance assessment which was hugely appreciated. Kind regards Shelly
