Great emergency assistance

This morning my cars fanbelt broke on the highway, I managed to pull off at a garage and called MiWay Roadside Assistance. The gentleman who answered and assisted me- Rinus Kruger- was so friendly and helpful. Took my details, quickly figured out where I was and sent a tow truck to come and assist me. They got there in about 15mins to tow my car. After everything was sorted out, Rinus phoned me back to check if my car had been towed and if I am alright. I genuinely appreciated his friendliness because I was a little panic-stricken and unsure of what to do next. I am very very grateful for MiWay and their roadside assistance option, you guys are amazing and your staff are always wonderful when I contact them. Thank you for making a disastrous morning a little more manageable!
