GREAT EFFICIENCY & ATTITUDE
I was quite impressed with the professionalism from Kingsley Masinga at your call centre . He was able to efficiently make amendments to my policy without having to put me on hold for long periods of time . Thank you Kingsley and Thank you Mi-Way for doing things my way .
