Great Customer Service//Customer Orientated
The agent was very helpful, empathetic. She listened to me and understood where I stood in terms of my financial status, I am happy that she was able to review my premium and got back to me with a better offer in just less than 20 minutes. I am definitely happy with MiWay, the service and the agents assistance. I am with them through and through!!!
