Great Customer Service with a positive attitude

Hi<br> <br> Would like to Thank Revonia for a great service. Recently joined Miway, wasnt impressed with them for deducting my account yet they had not filled the promise to cancel my other insurance. Was just ready to fight and and and, Well, I'm complimenting now am I not? That is because they did not give me any other reason to fight but attended to my query efficiently, professional and with a great positive attitude.<br> <br> Thank you Revonia, I know the nature of a call centre, it can be so demotivating with customers who can be so unreasonably irrate. But having to carry a positive energy and have the sense of humour and do your job the way you're expected. For knowing that the attack is not always about you but the company. Keep up the great work!!!
