Great customer service to retain a customer

I had gotten a better quote for Vehicle and Content insurance and planned to move. I had called in asking to cancel my insurance. I was put through to Pontsho Hlophe, a retention specialist at Miway. Never have I seen such commitment and dedication from a person, who understands customer loyalty and questions "Why are you leaving us?" Then says what can she do to make me stay. Took my quote and then got back to me a day later and managed to reduce my premium lower than the quotation from another insurer.

Pontsho, was not out to make money and just let a customer go, she understands a customer and Miway as a company that offers great service. To keep a long time customer, she put in the effort to make sure what was given would definitely keep me as a customer.
