Great customer service, Professional insurance. Premium down!!
Excellent service from MI Way Insurance, Got an email this morning regarding my premiums that is going up with about R200.
With this current state of the economy no one can just like that give R200 easily away. I decided not to play the insurances against each other and rather phone MI WAY as I have been with them many years for them to help reduce my premium.
My Premium was cut down to +- R500 pm. For the same comprehensive cover.
So from having to pay extra R200, I am saying more than double that.
I am glad I am with MI WAY.
