Great customer service from roadside assistance

My car broke down suddenly a few days ago. I then called MiWay for assistance. I was assisted by Bjorn who was absolutely amazing in getting a tow truck to me in no more than a few minutes wait. He also called me a while later to ask if I was okay and if I was assisted accordingly.
