Great Customer Service from Dikeledi

I called Miway to request to reduce my monthly premiums, to try and do things Miway, i wasnt so sure if i could be assisted. i was very amazed with how Dikeledi handled my query, she was very efficient, gone all the wy to try and assist with the new premium without altering my current cover. i must say that she is a great asset to your company and doing a great justice to your industry. well done to her and keep up the good job that she is doing. it is a dedicated staff like her that has been keeping me at miway for over 5 years.<br> thank you
