Great Customer Service from Call centre Agent!!!
Called MiWay to make changes to my policy and i was fortunate enough to get a lady by the name of Kelebogile Mpoko, who was understanding and patient with me no matter how many questions/ scenarios I put to her. She even went the extra mile in explaining the terms and conditions of my policy and changes made allowing me to make a more informed decision.
We NEED more call center agents like this. THANK YOU!!!
