Great customer service

I would really like to extend my gratitude to Chad Marais ( my claims assessor) who was always keeping me updated with regards to the claims process and at every touchpoint, he would provide me with updates. Great customer service & made me fee calm & informed throughout the process.

From the time the accident happened till the closure of the claim, Miway has shown me that I am not just a number but a valued client. Hence I have stayed with Miway from my 1st car & with my next car, I will definitely stick with Miway. The lady that I logged the claim with, she even called late at night to check how we were & if we got home safe! That is definitely going beyond the call of duty to be there for your clients
