Great Customer Service

Once again MiWay stepped up to their reputation by lowering my premiums to a less than expected amount after the annual increase.

Enjoyed great Support from Nokuthula and its refreshing to speak to a compassionate understanding human support representative rather than the automated responses we all see lately.

My only complaint would be to the Managing team that without notice, removed the feature to pay less excess when claiming on the app, which was a huge selling point to begin with. I would highly recommend they bring back this feature
