Great customer service and attitude!
Had a query on my policy premium and was wanting to cancel and move to another insurance provider. Was thankfully assisted by retention analyst Mr Ntokozo Mjokane who was so efficient and helpful that it made me change my mind and stay with Miway as a client. Thanks for the great customer service Ntokozo. Keep it up.
