great customer service and advice

<p>I have called my insurance company for a review on my policy and to my surprise a lady by the name of Nthabiseng Maubane who was the consultant gave me an exceptional telephone etiquette and took me through every steps in order to try and get my request successful, during the call we hand a friendly conversation which is very unusual from the Insurance consultants that I usually get when adking for a reduction on a premium. However with her great personality she kept the conversation going as if I was important to her and assisted in getting the premium reduced. I would recommend that Miway insurance have more consultants with great personality and know customer service as she does. Keep up the good work to Nthabiseng Maubane</p>
