Great customer service

My husband and I asked to speak to a supervisor after receiving a very high quote for our new car. We were then transfered to Seitshiro who was very patient and made us offered us excellent service. His willingness to help was very refreshing and made us see Miway in a completely different light. Athough we had been thinking of signing up with another insurance company, we eventually decided to stay although we were offered a lower premium by ABSA idirect.
