Great Customer Service

My policy went through an annual review and my premium was increased. <br> <br> As anyone else, I was not happy about this. So, I called MiWay to reduce my premium or I will be forced to seek another insurer.<br> <br> The consultant I spoke to earlier tried her best to bring it down a little but I still was not satisfied.<br> <br> I received a call today from MiWay, a consultant (Ntokozo) tried so hard to reduce it more but no success due to MiWay system not allowing overriding. <br> <br> I was not satisfied but I accepted the premium because of the way she handled my request. <br> <br> The whole customer care experience was superb. <br> <br> Thanks MiWay for the excellent training you gave to your agents in dealing with clients.
