Kwena Papole from MiWay is the best. He is so helpful, so kind and so dedicated to his job.
Employees like this should definitely be valued and compensated.

30 Jul 2021, 21:05The gentlemen sent out to assist to tow my vehicle on Monday are *******. I've been trying to get my License from them since the accident happened Monday. They **** and told me I couldn't fetch it from the panel beaters and that they will take it and have it delivered to me. When I call to follow up, they tell me "they're very busy" as if I have all the time in my hands. I was very happy with the service I received because I thought involving MiWay as my insurance would help but it's upsetting to know that MiWay has partnered with *******. Please can you contact these gentlemen as I fear that my personal document will be used for ********** activities.
