GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

<p>Wow, it has been a while since I've had such great service from ANY company! Zandile, you are amazing! Friendly, fast, effective, efficient, to the point. She speaks clearly! No mumbling! It was such a pleasure to deal with you. You made a difference and I felt great when i put the phone down. She called me back as promised, within a few hours! Vodacom should take a page out of Miway & Zandile's book! After logging various complaints and requests etc...since the 26th of July 2016, to this day I have had NO FEEDBACK! Not ONE phonecall! Even the customer serveys they requested didnt both them enough to contact me! And this was due to an ******* Simswop on my cell number, done telephonically with them. Which resulted in *****, Identity theft and my account cleared out! </p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you MiWay and Thank you Zandile! You are an asset to Miway and can be very proud of yourself!
