Great customer service

MiWay was at it again today with their great roadside assistance service. I parked on the side of the road and when I went in the car again, it would not start. I quickly called my trusted car insurance provider's MiHelp and on the other side of the receiver was Mr Tumisang Kolwane. No sooner had I spoken to him than a breakdown tow service arrived. My car was towed to the place of my choice. Mr Kolwane called me afterwards to find out if was assisted and if I was satisfied with the tow service. To boot, he wished me well with the fixing of my car. This is customer service at its best. Keep it up Mr Kolwane.
