Great Customer Service

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>Over the weekend after travelling from Johannesburg to Mpumalanga near Komatipoort, on Saturday my car would not drive and required road side assistance. I called the Miway callcentre and the agent Zandile Mpofi answered the call where i explained to her of my situation. She then then arranged for towing services and keep me up to date even though the towing services took more 2 hours to arrive.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have appreciated every effort made by Zandile to ensure as customer I am satiesfied and get all the help I needed. </p> <p> </p> <p>Miway give the lady a chocolate for her customer savvy abilities :)</p>
