Great Customer Service

On the 12th August 2019 I was assisted by the gentleman called Ntokozo, my vehicle needed to be towed since I had an issue with my smart key. He was professional all the way.

The tow truck was there within 30 minutes at 16h30 and my headache started with the tow truck driver who was rude and unprofessional .He acted as if he's doing me a favour , it took him more than 2 hours to load the car on the roll back saying that at his office told him to leave my car where I was stranded because he didn't know how to disengage the gears to push and load the car on the roll back. I have no issues with Miway except for the towing company.
